Arabica Cafe (Grand Majidi Mall-Empire-Boluvard)

Bainar Company successfully executed the design, supply, and installation of central air conditioning, ventilation, and firefighting systems for three branches of Arabica Café in Erbil. Central Air Conditioning: We provided a fully integrated central A/C system for each branch, ensuring efficient cooling coverage across all areas. The systems were designed for optimal temperature control, energy efficiency, and quiet operation to maintain a comfortable and pleasant environment for customers and staff. Ventilation System: A modern ventilation network was installed to ensure balanced distribution of fresh air and maintain high indoor air quality. The system includes exhaust fans, fresh air intakes, and ducting to effectively remove heat, odors, and humidity, creating a healthy atmosphere inside the cafés. Firefighting System: Each branch was equipped with a firefighting system in compliance with safety regulations and international standards. This includes a pipping network connected to a dedicated fire pump system, ensuring readiness for rapid response in case of emergencies. Through this project, Bainar combined functionality, safety, and comfort, supporting Arabica Café’s mission to provide a premium customer experience in a safe and enjoyable environment.
